• Learn the ins and outs of butter and buttercream
• We will be be making Cake Cream on the day and using them on our More cuppies
• Learn to make a bouquet to hold your cuppies in from scratch
• We will talk about baking cupcakes and trouble shooting tips.
• Learn to colour buttercream
• Learn to prepare piping bags and how to use tips and couplers
• Learn to pipe flowers in the transfer and assembly method
• Learn to pipe directly onto cuppies and learn the clever tips from Monica as to how she achieves her stunning buttercream roses
• Take home your cuppies bouquet ready to gift or enjoy it yourself

Please park in Visitor Parking or C14 parking only during your visit as we like to keep our neighbors and centre management friendly with us. 

Terms and Conditions apply to workshop bookings, by booking this workshop you acknowledge and accept the following:

All classes booked online require full payment to secure your booking, you will receive a confirmation of your spot in the workshop.

Any cancellations outside of 14 days from the event date will be given a store credit or transferred to another class.

Any cancellations of a class inside of 14 days, many be given a store credit if we are able to fill your spot in time. A store credit is only issued if we are successful at selling your spot, failing this, you will lose the payment. Your spot will be advertised on our socials in the hope to avoid your loss of credit..

We cannot accept responsibility for students change in personal circumstances or sickness. If for any reason we (Moreish), need to cancel a workshop, a full refund will be given if you are unable to attend a later date or another workshop.

In the event of minimal bookings, the decision to cancel a class is left up until 48 hours prior to the class to maximise chances of running. If you are traveling in from a long distance or interstate, please let us know at time of booking so we can be more mindful of your expenses and keep in closer contact should a class run the risk of being cancelled. You will be contacted via text message or phone call 24 hours prior to your class for confirmation, cancellation or changes.

• All designs taught at Moreish by our inhouse and guest teachers remain the property of the original designer/Moreish Group Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced in any form for teaching or instruction purposes. 
• Photos and filming is welcome in classes taught by Monica - you will need to ask permission of guest instructors.
• we may take photos and film content while the workshops are running and they may be posted to social media or our website, if you do not wish for this occur, please advise us. We will respect all requests.
