This Sydney based multi nominated 6’3” Baking Queen is as cheeky as she is creative! 

Not only known for her vast baking and caking knowledge but also for her witty innuendo plus fun and engaging demeanor in workshops and demonstrations nationally and internationally.

Moreish Cakes as a concept started back in 2009 when founder and artist, Monica Cavallaro, started creating celebration cakes for her family. As the years went by, requests started to filter in from family and friends for cakes and bakes for parties. It was only when offers to pay for bakes come in did Monica think, there is something here…..

2016

2016 - Finishing as a Finalist on 2016 series of The Great Australian Bake Off on the Foxtel network - Check out the blogs for more about each episode!

2017

2017 - Married At First Sight on channel 9 saw Monica contribute a total of 6 wedding cakes for all the Sydney weddings. Check out the blog for more behind scenes on these cakes! Plus the gossip!
2017 - Cakes have been seen in Woman’s Weekly, New Idea and Woman’s Day.
2017 - Monica attended, judged and compared the Live Cake Off at Australia’s first International Cake Show in Brisbane.
2017 - Monica was honored with an Ambassadorship with Fondtastic, a brand she still continues to work closely with today.
2017 - Demonstrating at Sweet Expo in Melbourne.
