It all started when...

It was my son's 1st birthday and I couldn't afford the cake I wanted... so I thought, "How hard could it be?" and set about making it myslef... I was so wrong. I rebaked 3 times, pipped butter cream for 6 hours and cried a box of tissues and swore never again... until the next birthday came up.... fast forward 7 years and here we are....
