Ingredients
2 Tablespoons of Gelatin Powder
2 Tablespoons of hot water
2 cups Light Corn Syrup (or Glucose)
Optional extra's - flavouring and gel colours
Method
Place water and gelatin in a heat proof bowl - heat in the microwave 10 seconds at a time and mix between each heat blast to soften it.
Place corn syrup in a heat proof bowl and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds (until hot but not boiling.
Spoon gelatin mixture into hot corn syrup and mix until combined.
Leave to sit and cool.
Make sure it's cooled before adding flavours or colours
If it's too thick, add a little more water.
